Brenda’s Siu Mai took part for the second year at Sefton Park. Celebrity chef Ian Penelly was this year’s guest appearance. It was estimated more than 40,000 visitors enjoyed this year’s event.

 

World Cup Fever 2010

As England prepared to take part in the World Cup in South Africa, BaoXen showed it support by giving away England Car Flags to customers who purchased their siumais for the duration of the World Cup.  World Cup fever lasted for a whole month.  Spain finally won the title for the first time ever in their history.  Throughout the tournament they have proved themselves to be the most promising and worthy team, many congratulations to Spain.

Liverpool Hope Street Feast 20 September 2009

Brenda’s Sui Mai & Brenda’s Chilli Sauce participated in the Liverpool Hope Street Feast 2009 for the first time.  The atomsphere is that of a street party with the main attraction being the “Open Day at the Phil” where you can enjoy free concerts at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.  The day was a hugh success with thousands of people enjoying the many attractions and events on offer.
