Brenda’s Siu Mai & Brenda’s Chilli Sauce took part in this year’s Liverpool Foods & Drinks Festival which was a hugh success. It was estimated that around 30,000 people visited the festival this year with over 60 bars and restaurants taking. One of main attractions amongst many was the Michelin Star winning chef Marco Pierre White who attended the opening of the festival in Sefton Park.
